These free outdoor sessions are the perfect way to embrace summer while focusing on your well-being.
Join us every Tuesday from 14 January for Yoga and every Friday from 24 January for Pilates, in the vibrant surroundings of our Summer Stage open air. Whether you’re stretching into a Yoga pose or powering through a Pilates routine, you’ll feel energised and grounded under the sky.
BYO yoga mat and water bottle, and find your flow in a setting designed to inspire wellness. It’s your journey to a healthier, balanced you.
This event takes place outside in the Bunjil Place Plaza and will continue as planned unless weather conditions prevent us from presenting a safe and enjoyable event. In those instances, events will be relocated indoors if possible. Should we need to cancel for any reason, patrons will be notified as soon as possible via email and/or phone.
