Casey Leisure Full Access Membership
A full access membership gives you unlimited access across Casey ARC, Casey RACE, Doveton Pool in the Park, and Endeavour Hills Leisure Centre.
Access includes access to the three 24/7 health clubs and group fitness classes.
Additionally, members can access the facilities at Casey ARC and Casey RACE which includes pools, spa, sauna, steam room, gym and group fitness classes.

Frequently Asked Questions
We may modify our terms and conditions at any time, including the club’s hours, services, facilities, and membership fees. The most current terms are on the Casey Leisure website. We’ll notify you in writing at least 28 days before any fee increases.
Our standard ongoing memberships use direct debit, with fees paid in advance every second Thursday from your bank account or credit card. Note that debits may take a few days to process from your account.
You are responsible for ensuring:
- Your account allows direct debits
- Sufficient funds in your account on the payment day and next 5 days
- Providing updated payment details minimum 48 hours before the next debit
- Requesting in writing to stop direct debits
Failed direct debits incur a $10 dishonour fee.
If your direct debit fails, you’ll be notified via SMS or email. Access may be stopped due to an outstanding balance; you’ll need to pay the outstanding amount at your next visit, or it will automatically be added to your next direct debit. Failed debits incur a $10 fee.
We will continue attempting to debit your account to receive the full outstanding amount without notice. We’ll make reasonable efforts to notify you beforehand by SMS, email and phone call.
- Suspension requests must be made minimum 3 days before the start date/first reduced payment date. The first 4 suspension weeks per year are free, then $5/week after that. Most memberships can be suspended 2-8 weeks via the online portal or at reception.
- Medical suspensions are free with a valid doctor’s note covering all requested suspension dates (start & end). Notes can be backdated up to 30 days. Maximum 3-month medical suspension per note.
- If you don’t attend or use facilities for any period without arranging suspension, you won’t be reimbursed for fees paid.
Membership cancellation requests require 14 days written notice either via email or in person at the centre once your minimum term has been completed.
One final direct debit may be charged after the cancellation request, this may be a pro rata amount and will be confirmed with you upon your cancellation request. If you have not completed your minimum term an early exit fee will apply, please see our Customer Experience team at reception for assistance.
- You must scan your band every time you enter so we can record your visit. Always have your band/card with you onsite.
- You’ll need your band for lobby turnstiles, health club doors, and aquatics/health club lockers.
Under no circumstances can you allow anyone else to use your band. This may result in immediate membership cancellation.
The warm water pool is for members and guests 16+. Children can use it under supervision of a parent/guardian 16+ during unrestricted times.
You can book group fitness classes using the online timetable.
Full access members receive a Health and Wellness Consultation, ongoing support and re-assessments included in your membership.
Reassessments can be booked whenever you feel you need a new program every 4 to 8 weeks, see one of our friendly trainers in the Health Club for assistance.
