Walk and Talk in the Park – Wilson Botanic Gardens
Join us every Wednesday at 9:30am from 28th January to 25th February for a guided social walk through the beautiful Wilson Botanic Gardens. These relaxed sessions encourage light movement, conversation, and connection in a stunning natural setting, perfect for all fitness levels.
