Casey Leisure childcare
Casey Leisure offers a fully qualified childcare team across two of our major facilities that will provide your little one with engaging, quality care in an interactive and secure environment for children up to 10 years of age.
Casey ARC and Casey RACE facilities have a range of games, toys and equipment to keep your child engaged while you exercise, offering both occasional and sessional care to suit your needs.
We offer child care at the following Casey Leisure centres:
Types of child care
In-centre care (sessional care)
For children whose parent / guardian is present in the centre.
Out of centre care (occasional care)
For children whose parent / guardian is leaving the centre.

Complete an enrolment form
You must complete an enrolment form with all the parent/guardian information as well as the child.
Child care prices
Prices for childcare are the hourly rate and charged for one and a half hours as per the session/s booked. Childcare prices are the same for both Casey ARC and Casey RACE.

Frequently asked questions
For each child, a completed enrolment form, an up-to-date Immunisation History Statement and any relevant action plans must be provided prior to attending child care. This information authorises staff to act in case of an emergency.
Please complete the online enrolment form using the below link. An enrolment confirmation email will be sent once the enrolment form has been received and processed by our Child Care team. Child Care bookings may then submitted through our XPLOR Home App.
Child care access is only available once an approved completed enrolment form has been accepted by the child care team
A parent or guardian must sign in and out using our iPad when dropping off or collecting their children. As per regulations, no child will be given into custody of another person unless authorisation in writing has been given.
The Casey Leisure childcares have children that attend with severe allergies and life-threatening anaphylaxis. Due to this we have a ‘No Nut’ policy in place. This policy refers to foods such as nuts, muesli bars containing nuts and spreads such as peanut butter and Nutella.
If your child suffers from anaphylaxis, allergies, or asthma, you will need to book a time with our Childcare Team Leader to complete a risk management plan. This plan must be completed before the child can begin childcare.
Occasional Care is for children who parents or carers leave the Casey Leisure facility to attend appointments, shopping etc.
Sessional Care is for children whose parents or carers remain within the Casey Leisure facility.
Prices vary depending on the care option chosen.
If your child is enrolled in occasional care, yes you are able to leave the Centre.
Otherwise, you must remain on the premises at all times.
Cancellations of a childcare booking must be made by 9pm prior to the day of care required otherwise a session absent fee will apply. Cancellations can be made by calling the centre.

Yes, your child must be booked into a session to attend. This can be done once all enrolment processes have been completed.
Bookings may be made up to 7 days in advance and up to 9pm prior to the day of care required.
Bookings may be made online through the Xplor app.
