Casey Stadium hosts the annual Casey Classic Gymnastics Competition

This past weekend, Casey Stadium and Casey Gymnastics welcomed 12 clubs to compete in the annual Casey Classic gymnastics competition. The event brought together over 200 talented athletes for two action-packed days of competition.

The Casey Classic featured six thrilling sessions spread across Saturday and Sunday, showcasing gymnasts from a wide range of skill levels. Saturday’s competition kicked off with impressive displays from athletes in Levels 6-10 Division 1-3 and Level 5 Division 1. Sunday saw the spotlight shift to the younger competitors, with Levels 2-5 Division 1-3 taking centre stage.

Casey Gymnastics extends a heartfelt congratulations to all participants for their hard work and dedication. The success of the Casey Classic serves as a testament to the growing strength of gymnastics in our community.

Level 2

Our youngest competitors in ALP Level 2 participated in their fourth ever competition. Eliza, Akira, Amelia, Zia, Ivy, Zoe, Hazel, Olivia, Billie, Mia Pietra, and Mia Parsons all delivered impressive routines. Each gymnast received a certificate with ribbons representing their scores, along with a participation medal. A special shoutout goes to Eliza, who competed on her 8th birthday!

Casey Red (Audrey, Ruby, Myah & Georgia) – 6^th Overall, 5^th Vaut, 2^nd Bars, 3^rd Beam, 5^th Floor

Team Casey (Bella, Charlee D, Eliza, Indigo & Lara) – 2^nd Overall, Vault 1^st, Bars 3^rd, Beam 4^th, Floor 2^nd

Level 4 Division 3:

Team Casey (Dia, Kyla, Peyton & Charlie C) – 1^st Overall Team
