Women of Casey returns this April, offering local women a free 10 week health and fitness journey. Combining physical activity with wellness workshops in a supportive environment, the program welcomes women of all fitness levels.
We’re looking for women who:
- Want to improve their health and fitness
- Are seeking a welcoming, supportive environment
- Would love to meet other local women
- Are ready to make positive changes
Women of Casey is a FREE 10 week program designed to help you achieve your health and fitness goals while connecting with other women in your community. Each Tuesday evening, we combine physical activity with health education in a supportive, women-only environment. Whether you’re new to exercise or already active, our program offers different intensity levels to match your needs.
Women of Casey proudly welcomes and supports all individuals who identify as women.
Please note that the program has a maximum capacity of 40 participants. Once enrolments reach 40, any additional registrations will be placed on a waitlist.

What Happens in each Session?
Each session runs from 4:45pm – 8:00pm and includes:
- 60 Minutes – Physical Activity: Try different activities like group fitness, circuit training, and team sports in a supportive women-only space
- 15 Minutes – Light meal / fellowship
- 60 Minutes – Presentation/Workshops with various health professionals and experts
We will cater our active sessions to your fitness level, from beginner through to highly active.
Who Can Join?
This program is open to women aged 18+ who:
- Live or work in Melbourne’s outer South East
- Want to improve their health and wellbeing
- Are looking for a supportive community
