Mums & Bubs Yoga @ Casey RACE

Reconnect with your body in a safe, supportive environment. Our highly qualified instructors will guide you through a series of postnatal yoga classes designed to:

  • Restore core and pelvic floor strength

  • Improve posture and stability

  • Support a gentle return to exercise

Class Details:
📍 Location: Group Fitness Room, Casey RACE
🗓️ When: Tuesdays at 1:30pm
⏳ Duration: 6 weeks, from 17th February to 24th March

Class Environment:

  • Enjoy a social setting with other Mums

  • Non-mobile infants are welcome and can relax in a capsule, bouncer, or on a play mat

  • Pram space is limited

Important Safety Note:

  • Babies who are crawling or walking cannot attend classes for safety reasons
