New Low-Impact Group Fitness Program Launching

We’re excited to announce that our brand-new Group Fitness Timetable will launch on Monday, 6th October, featuring the introduction of Les Mills Thrive, a fresh addition to our line-up designed to support every stage of your fitness journey.

About Les Mills Thrive
Les Mills Thrive is a 45-minute, low-impact workout that adapts to your needs, helping you build strength, flexibility and balance at your own pace. Backed by science and guided by expert instructors, the program is suitable for all fitness levels. Whether you’re seeking gentle support, prefer bodyweight training, or are ready to add resistance. Each session is designed to leave you feeling stronger, more confident and ready to take on life.

Where to Find Thrive
To celebrate the launch, we’ll be offering a weekly Thrive class at each of our centres:

  • Casey ARC – Tuesdays at 10:15am with Caz

  • Casey RACE – Wednesdays at 8:30am with Libby

  • Endeavour Hills Leisure Centre – Fridays at 8:30am with Wendy
