Top talent set to shine at upcoming Indoor Cricket Championships

Casey Stadium hosts the 2026 Indoor Cricket National Championships from 27 June to 11 July.  

Calling all crickets fans! The best indoor cricket action will be happening right in our own backyard as Casey Stadium hosts the 2026 Indoor Cricket National Championships from 27 June to 11 July. 

Over 14 jam-packed days, around 750 players from Victoria, News South Wales, ACT, Tasmania, Queensland, South Australia and Western Australia will be taking part across four open age divisions and six junior divisions. The open age divisions will commence at 5:00 pm on Saturday 27 June, with finals to be played on Saturday 4 July. Junior divisions will commence at 8:00 am on Sunday 5 July, with finals to be played Sunday 11 July.  

City of Casey Mayor Cr Stefan Koomen said, “It’s an honour to host this prestigious event at our state-of-the-art indoor cricket facility at Casey Stadium, and I wish all players the very best.  

“Their skill, dedication and sportsmanship will make for an exciting championship, and I encourage local sports fans to get along to Casey Stadium and enjoy some of the matches.”
